Meatsmith welcomes Clare Valley Brewing to Smith Street for a night of beer banter and sausage making.

Canapés and free flowing tap beer start the proceedings along with stories from the CVB team and Troy Wheeler – Meatsmith co-owner and seasoned butcher.

A sausage making demonstration follows, providing insight on how to produce ale sausages using domestic equipment, followed by more beers and brew talk.

To ensure you’re well equipped to replicate the delicious sausages at home, you’ll be sent off with a mincer & connections, skins, butchers tie, pork and 6 pack of fine craft beer from Clare Valley Brewing.
