Beer and Barbecue: one of the world's classic matches. We at Le Bon Ton certainly think so.

We have a special night planned - come and dine with us and one of the fabulous Brooklyn Brewery maestros: Andrew Bombard - Microbiologist, head of the Brooklyn Brewery QA Laboratory and all around sour beer expert.

Le Bon Ton will provide three delicious courses custom tailored by our chefs to match four fabulous brews from Brooklyn, including: Brooklyn Quarterly Experiment limited (never to be repeated) "K is for Kriek", as well as a beer from the "Ghost Bottle" program - new brews so closely guarded, they can only ever be opened in the presence of a Brewer! Andrew will be talking us through his "Ghostbottle: Framboise", an experimental raspberry-infused sour ale.

A chance to try some extremely rare beers, a custom smokehouse menu and a chance to ask that burning question about the Brooklyn Brewery... What's not to like?
