Come escape the urban hustle and bustle and spend a luxurious evening with Bluebonnet Barbecue and Stone & Wood Brewery, as they bring sunny Byron Bay to Melbourne during Good Beer Week.

Bluebonnet will be serving up mouthwatering, wood-smoked meat over 5 courses, each paired with a different Stone & Wood brew. All produce featured will be sourced from local Byron Bay farmers, utilizing the brewery’s spent grain-fed beef and pork. In attendance will be Chef Chris Terlikar of Bluebonnet Barbecue and Stone & Wood’s Ross Ryan to speak about the techniques and stories behind each dish – A meat and beer lover’s dream.
