Pikes Beer Company and Dan Moss of Terroir Auburn, one of Clare Valley's most renowned chefs, are hosted by the crew at The Lincoln for a night showcasing the best of Clare Valley produce and beer.

Since opening in 2012, Terroir Auburn has led the charge in regional dining in Clare Valley, creating a new menu weekly from produce sourced from within a 100 mile radius. And after its first 12 months of brewing, Pikes Beer Company's Pilsener, Sparkling Ale, Genuine Stout and Tonic Ale have become the talk of the town.

Dan and Pikes will partner together over four-courses with matched beers, including a stunning dessert dish of buttermilk parfait, rye & white pepper churros, salted caramel, rhubarb & pistachio paired with Pikes' Cherry Kriek.
