DEXTER MEAT & BUNS present an 4 course steak menu featuring dry aged O'Connor's premium beef. In conjunction with VICS MEAT you will be presented with the same cuts, dry aged for various lengths. Similar to fermenting beer and the brewing process, the time spent dry ageing significantly alters a steaks flavour profile, often creating greater depth, increased natural saltiness and heightened Unami characteristics. These profiles will be expertly matched by the best brewers in the North, featuring 3Ravens, Temple, Hawkers brewing and a limited edition between the chefs at DEXTER and HOLGATE brewery.
