The Public Brewery is excited to defend our 2015 crown, announcing the return of Hargreaves Hill, Two Birds, Napoleone and Riders Brew Co in a five way brewing shoot out.
With access to The Public Brewery base wort, their own toolbox and the keys to the brewers cupboard, each competitor will produce a beer in one of our small-batch 50 litre kettles. Relying solely on their knowledge and creativity to create a brew worthy of the community's love and adoration.
On the night, beer lovers will be able to compare each of the five beers in a blind tasting and cast their vote to decide the winner. The grand prize, supreme bragging rights included, is the winning brewer will be invited back to do a collaborative brew to be showcased at The Public Brewery locations.
To compliment the brewers efforts, The Public Brewery kitchen team has joined the cause and styled some high class fare paired with our visiting and in house beers to match!
Ticket includes entry to the night’s festivities and a taste of all five competing brews.
