For centuries, Sicilians have ventured into the forests to harvest, hunt, capture, and forage the island's abundant flora and fauna. Out in the wilderness, these hunters - or cacciatore - made meals with whatever the bush had to offer. Upon returning to civilisation, they celebrated their bounty with the entire village, feasting on these bush foods that became embedded in Sicilian cuisine. Our dinner is a celebration of cacciatore, craft beer, and community with our East Brunswick neighbours at Temple Brewing Co. Relax at our long table and try some specialty brews to wash down a hearty four-course autumn meal and embrace your wild side!
