This is a hands on event where you'll cook and eat a three course fine dining meal prepared with Wolf of the Willows beers. Get up and personal as you learn expert techniques to marinate, brine, baste, batter, blanch, braise, broil, caramalise, and grill with craft beer.
Of course, to produce a culinary masterpiece you have to know and understand your ingredients, the main one being beer! The full range of Wolf of the Willows beers is included as part of the experience, including rare and limited releases.
