Asian Safari with La Sirene

We've been working with the brewers at La Sirene in Alphington to put together a multi course menu showing just how good beer and food matching can be. We chose La Sirene for the Saison style of yeast driven rather than hop driven beer styles and how the florals and aromatic notes in the beer particularly compliment Asian food.

Our menu, designed by head chef Si Lam, will feature dishes from Vietnam, Cambodia, Korea, China and Japan and the guys from La Sirene will be roaming the venue to offer advice or just have a yarn, doing away with the more formal approach of a 'masterclass' style .
